Responsible for managing the Register of Deeds Veteran and Military Discount Program and Passport Program, including staff training and development, this position leads projects, plans, and strategies that advance departmental goals while relieving senior management of routine administrative tasks. It also serves as a liaison to local businesses for program partnerships and acts in a backup supervisory capacity for Customer Operations and E-Recording.
