People & Culture Partner, Berlin This is an Atlantic portfolio venture. About the Venture: We are building an AI-native property management platform for short-term rentals across Europe. We operate in multiple cities and are entering our next phase of growth, backed by a Series A. We are not just scaling a business. We are shaping how a modern company is built, and the people function is central to that. About the Role: This is not a classic HR role. We are looking for a People & Culture Partner who takes full ownership of the people function, from the day-to-day operations to the longer-term work of building a high-performing, well-run organisation. You will be the go-to person for everything people-related, a sparring partner for founders and leadership, and someone who is genuinely excited about using technology and data to do this work better. The role has real scope and real ownership.
