PURPOSE AND SCOPE: In conjunction with management staff, will determine the initiatives, priorities, and ultimate goals for these particular organizational functions. Recognizes and embraces the importance of providing sound, thoughtful leadership to all employees and in all directions within the company. A component of this leadership will be the continuous evaluation of the personnel and teams with respect to performance, continuous improvement and development and overall quality. In this elevated leadership role, this person must demonstrate not only a passion for being an insightful and attentive teacher but also a sincere commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Utilizes knowledge of our Quality Systems, in accordance with FDA Quality System Regulation, ISO 13485 and Safety Program in performing daily activities.
