Compensation Range: Hourly: $22.00 - $28.34 Position Summary: The HRSC Specialist I, HR Operations is an integral member of the HRSC Operations Team, which provides frontline support in the areas of HR compliance, data integrity across HR systems, operational processes such as staffing events (i.e. hires, job changes, data changes, etc.), personnel file maintenance, and general administrative HR support on tasks and inquiries related to HR Operations processes and documentation. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data, providing excellent service to employees, and supporting HR processes efficiently and effectively.
