Day-to-Day Responsibilities: - Proactively hunt for top-tier talents across the GCE region markets using LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards and social networks - Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring profiles to reduce time-to-hire across al target countries - Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment process from job briefing to offer acceptance while using SAP SuccessFactors - In close collaboration with your HRBP and Hiring Manager, you transform business goals into an operational recruitment strategy and provide market insights on salary trends and talent availability specific to their location - Maintain accurate data in the ATS and provide updates and reportings...
