DEPARTMENT MANAGER ($10-20M) Job Number: 2600018E Primary Location : United States-Tennessee-Memphis Organization : Memphis Pay Range : starting at $41,144 Job Summary Manages sales activities in assigned retail and/or mall services departments. Ensures department(s) are appropriately stocked, attractively displayed, and adequately staffed to achieve sales goals and service standards Duties and Responsibilities: Performs other related duties as assigned - Responsible for department level execution of retail and/or assigned mall services business strategies, procedures, and policies. - Ensures department is fully stocked, and merchandise is attractively displayed; to include effective signing, accurate price marking, fact tags, etc. Adheres to corporate Visual Merchandising standards. Coordinates stock replenishment with backroom and procurement personnel. - Acts as stock replenishment expert. Ensures stock replenishment program for responsible departments is effectively executed. - Establishes and implements an effective customer relations program.
