Description FireTron Inc. is seeking an experienced and dependable Fire Sprinkler Fitter Foreman to join our growing team. This leadership role involves supervising fire sprinkler installation crews, managing large-scale projects, and ensuring all work complies with fire protection codes and design specifications. The ideal candidate is a skilled pipefitter with strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee fire sprinkler installation field labor teams. - Manage large projects with multiple crews. - Execute installation of fire sprinkler design plans and communicate necessary changes to fit actual site requirements. - Install and test fire sprinkler systems, fire suppression systems, new ground-up installations, retro-fit, and tenant improvement projects. - Work closely with General Contractors, owner representatives, and FireTron’s superintendents and Project Managers. - Attend General Contractor progress meetings as needed. - Note and document change orders. - Ensure timely delivery of materials and coordinate on-site fabrication. - Promote and enforce safety practices, including cond...
