Job Description Summary As the Hydro CIO, you will be responsible defining and executing IT strategies enabling productivity, profitability, and business line optimization for Hydro. The ideal candidate has a strong internal and external customer service mindset and collaborative approach. Experience managing initiatives across all major operating functions (engineering, commercial, construction, finance, and supply chain) is a must and having that experience within an industrial business context strongly preferred. IT leadership includes not only program implementations, strong data & analytics leadership, team management but also application support, infrastructure support, cost & financial management, cross-functional organization vitality, and vendor management. Additionally, this role comes with external customer project management execution and delivery commitments related to an external multi-year IT infrastructure project that is critical to Hydro cash flow and profitability.
