The Site Operations Manager- Projects position is an integral part of the field team and will be accountable for the overall performance of multiple crews under their jurisdiction, both week-to-week and at the end of the project. They will be evaluated both on the financial performance of their projects, as well as the customer satisfaction with the work being done. This position will work closely with Foreman and Regional Directors, and ensure that the foreman can properly staff their jobs with equipment and personnel. What you’ll do: You will oversee 2-5 foremen – including scheduling, coordinating, and managing daily construction activities. Inspect project sites on a weekly/bi-weekly basis and work with the foreman to ensure all projects are running smoothly and profitably. Maintain all necessary records through the close of the project and turn them over to the Regional Director for archiving.
