- Hands-on accounting role supporting complex mining operations across multiple entities - Exposure to US GAAP and IFRS reporting within a global resources organisation - Opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team with strong technical depth About the Role: Due to an internal transfer, Peabody is seeking a Senior Accountant – Operations. Reporting to the Senior Manager Financial and Operations Accounting, you will support the delivery of accurate and timely financial results across Peabody’s mining and physical trading operations. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on month-end accounting, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS, and contributing to key reporting and governance activities. The position has no direct reports and is well suited to a detail-oriented financial accountant who enjoys working through complex accounting and operational matters.
