ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: We are looking for a highly driven Delivery Manager to join a newly created IT4IT area within a leading international organization in the financial services sector. This role is focused on innovation, transformation, and special strategic initiatives across multiple technology domains. The ideal candidate is someone proactive, hands-on, and execution-oriented, capable of driving initiatives forward in fast-paced and evolving environments. You will play a central role in connecting teams, accelerating delivery, and ensuring strategic priorities move from concept to execution. PROJECT & CONTEXT: The IT4IT area has been created to support innovation, operational transformation, and cross-functional strategic projects across the organization. The Delivery Manager will work transversally across several initiatives, coordinating multiple teams, managing delivery roadmaps, and ensuring execution milestones are achieved.
