Cognizant is seeking a dynamic Manager, Solutions Architect to join our Workday consulting team. In this critical role, you will manage a team of Solutions Architects, providing strategic guidance and solution design support throughout the sales process. You’ll leverage your deep Workday implementation expertise to ensure proposed solutions meet client needs and transition seamlessly to delivery. This is an opportunity to lead talented architects, influence solution strategy, and play a key role in driving successful Workday engagements for top-tier clients.
