Position Overview: WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking an experienced Director of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) to design, implement and lead a company-wide safety program, building upon and strengthening the foundation already in place. This role will drive a safety-first culture across a growing, multi-state organization, ensuring regulatory compliance, reducing operational risk, and protecting employees, customers, and company assets. The Director operates with a high level of autonomy, supervising a small team while partnering with Operations and HR leadership to implement proactive safety programs, maintain OSHA and electrical safety compliance, and support safe, efficient operations across all locations.
