Reporting to the Executive Pastry Chef, the pastry chef collaborates with a small team to create all of the delectable desserts and breads that we provide to our Members. Full-Time Opportunity | Hourly from $17.00 - $18.00 | Depending on Experience | Excellent Employee Benefits | Distinctive Employee Amenities | Employee Meals Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepares baked goods, pastries and other bakery items per production - Oversees pastry cart and buffet dessert table set-up and presentation - Maintains all food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with company policy and health regulations - Prepares and serves items in accordance with established recipe and presentation standards - Assist in execution of banquet events of up to 500 people - Schedules production of baked goods to maintain an inventory of freshly baked goods at all times - Sets up, maintains and breaks down workstation - Notifies Executive Pastry Chef in advance of expected product shortages - Requisitions supplies as needed to prepare menu items - Ensures that work area is safe and secure - Maintains professional appearance and observes personal cleanliness - Adheres to state and local health and safe...
