Cattron™ is a global leader in radio remote control, engine and generator control panels, and cloud-based monitoring and control solutions. We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to help maintain and evolve our Quality Management System (QMS), in accordance with Cattron’s ISO9001 accreditation. In this role, you will move beyond the workbench to ensure our processes meet international standards and internal excellence. You will be a key driver in auditing, document control, and systemic root cause analysis to ensure Cattron remains a benchmark for quality in the electronics industry. Responsibilities: - Internal Auditing: Lead and execute internal audits across various departments; to ensure processes and procedures are accurately followed and updated accordingly. - Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA): Facilitate the CAPA process, guiding cross-functional teams through formal root cause analysis (5-Why, Fishbone) to accurately determine true root causes and yearn for robust corrective and preventative actions, with follow-ups to determine effectiveness of actions. - Document Control: Manage the lifecycle of quality documentation, including work instructions, procedures, a...
