SUMMARY: The Portfolio Managing Director has overall accountability for an assigned real estate portfolio on a client account including ownership for overall client relationship, integration of work streams, understanding client strategy, ministry growth, and service delivery for their portfolio of customers. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: People and Culture: - Demonstrates strong, competent leadership, integrating multiple work steams and supporting strategic account plans. - Provides mentoring, coaching and guidance to all team members. - Reinforces BGIS values and culture. - Drives and supports health and safety expectations. CLIENT RELATIONSHIP AND RETENTION: Client Relationship: - Ownership and accountability for client relationship at a specific portfolio level and for achieving client satisfaction objectives for their portfolio primarily and to the overall account. - Develops and maintains effective relationships with their portfolio clients and portfolio occupants, managing portfolio clients and occupant expectations and ensuring client and customer satisfaction is achieved. - Acts as the central point of escalation for issues pertaining to their portfolios. - Position leve...
