SUMMARY: The Portfolio Managing Director has overall accountability for an assigned real estate portfolio on a client account including ownership for overall client relationship, integration of work streams, understanding client strategy, ministry growth, and service delivery for their portfolio of customers. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: People and Culture: - Demonstrates strong, competent leadership, integrating multiple work steams and supporting strategic account plans. - Provides mentoring, coaching and guidance to all team members. - Reinforces BGIS values and culture. - Drives and supports health and safety expectations.
