Responsibilities: - Receiving: Receive, reconcile, and properly route inbound parcel and freight shipments. Unload multiple trucks a day. Ensure all receiving is completed by EOM. - Inspection & Compliance: Perform physical inspections of incoming raw materials, hardware, and specialized components to ensure they are free of damage. - Documentation Management: Verify and process documentation, including Certificates of Conformance (CoC), test reports, and packing slips, ensuring 100% accuracy before parts enter inventory. - ERP/MRP Data Entry: Accurately record all inbound shipments in the company’s enterprise system and communicate discrepancies to Procurement teams...
