Description Job Title: HR Manager Location: 6800 E 163rd St, Belton, MO 64012 Reports to (Job Title): Plant Manager  RESPONSIBILITIES: - The Human Resources Manager will run the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including talent acquisition, administering payroll, compensation and benefit programs, training and development, performance and talent management, recognition and morale, occupational health and safety, employee relations and ensuring compliance with company policies and practices for multi-site locations. - Responsible for multi-state locations (Missouri and Illinois) with between 100 – 150 employees - Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. - Conduct on-boarding and new hire orientation.
