We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Systems Support Lead to provide dedicated clinical leadership and support the optimisation of clinical systems including Clinical Manager and MedPoint. This role plays a key part in ensuring systems support safe, effective and person-centred care while meeting legislative, regulatory and organisational requirements. About the Role: Reporting closely with operational leaders and corporate teams, you will act as the central coordination point for clinical system improvements, documentation standards, workflow enhancements and digital initiatives across Seniors Services. You will work collaboratively with Digital, Risk & Governance, Finance and Business Systems teams to strengthen clinical processes, improve documentation efficiency and support frontline teams through system enhancements and change management.
