Responsive recruiter Benefits: - Opportunity for advancement - Training & development - Free uniforms Responsibilities: - Teach and lead swimming lessons. - Onboard, and manage employees. - Maintain a smooth execution of daily aquatics and service operations by creating employee, and pool lesson schedules. - Address and document employee, customer, and pool incidents that occur. Requirements: - Spend a significant amount of time in the water to teach and guide instructors. - Commitment to working weekday afternoons and evenings, as well as mornings, afternoons, and evenings on weekends, to align with schedules that best accommodate children and parents. - Passionate about working with children. Preferred Qualifications but nor required at the time of hiring: - Experience in swimming and fitness teaching/management is preferred. A specialist aquatics qualification is desirable, but not required. - Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid Certifications, may be obtained during training. - 1+ years of customer service and/or management experience is desirable, but not required. - Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is desirable, but not required.
