Job description

Summary Foundation Academies seeks a highly effective and detail-oriented Summer Bridge Lead to support the execution of our 9th Grade Summer Bridge Program. This role is critical to ensuring incoming high school scholars build the academic foundation and habits necessary for success in Science, Math, and ELA. This role includes pre-program planning and post-program follow-through in addition to daily execution. Success in this role will be measured by student academic growth, quality and consistency of instruction, effectiveness of data tracking and progress monitoring, and overall program execution and team support. The Summer Bridge Lead supports both instructional quality and daily operations, working closely with teachers and leadership to ensure strong implementation of curriculum, consistent use of data, and a structured, engaging scholar experience. This role requires someone who can coach teachers, monitor progress daily, and ensure the program runs smoothly and effectively.
