This role is focused on displaying an in-depth knowledge of kitchen equipment – HVAC, steam, hot side (Air Fryer, Ovens, etc.), cold side (Walk in Freezers, Refrigerators, etc.) and regularly scheduled for kitchen appliance maintenance work that requires advanced knowledge. Technicians are responsible for maintaining, modifying, troubleshooting, and repairing a large inventory of electric and gas commercial kitchen equipment and appliances. Why P&D Appliance?
