Job description

JD • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, identify gaps, and provide solutions tailored to their financial processes and Workday functionality. • Configure Workday Financials modules (including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Procurement, and Financial Reporting) to meet client specifications. • Conduct testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide support during the implementation phase to ensure quality and accuracy. • Develop training materials and lead training sessions for end-users to enhance user adoption of Workday Financials. • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday financial issues post-implementation. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration between Workday and other systems. • Stay updated with Workday releases, enhancements, and best practices to provide informed guidance to clients. • Participate in project management activities and ensure timely delivery of project milestone • Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand HR business processes, challenges, and objectives. • Design s...
