Job description

The Print Operator runs print equipment for the company’s in-house print shop including printing documents, monitoring equipment and quality checking the output. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, on-time, cost-effective production and fulfillment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and motivated to complete tasks efficiently in a high-volume print production environment. This position is onsite at our Richardson, TX location. Key Responsibilities: · Read and interpret job tickets to determine the type of work to be done, the quantities to be produced, and the materials needed. · Release print jobs on high-speed equipment by priority order. · Ensure that the correct jobs are routed to the printer by comparing print request data to the actual output and samples job. · Remove printed material or finished products from machines, move to next stage, or pack them in boxes. · Continually monitor print quality by reviewing work as it is printed and to ensure proper operation. · Sort, assemble, and quality-check completed work.
