Job DetailsJob Location: AR Bryant - Bryant, AR 72022Position Summary: The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment throughout the facility and surrounding grounds. This includes performing daily cleaning tasks, supporting maintenance activities, and ensuring all areas meet company cleanliness and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Keep the building and grounds neat, clean, and free from hazards or clutter Maintain exterior spaces, including mowing, weed eating, and parking lot upkeep Wash and clean heavy equipment as needed Stack and organize pallets in designated areas Safely operate a high-powered pressure washing system Clean and restock restrooms regularly Empty trash receptacles throughout the facility Clean offices, break rooms, and common areas Sweep, mop, and maintain interior and exterior floors Respond promptly to emergency cleaning or maintenance requests Perform daily housekeeping and janitorial tasks in shop and work areas Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies Perform minor facility maintenance tasks as needed Complete other related duties as assigned QualificationsQualifications and Physical Requ...
