Job description
This leader will design the end ‑ to ‑ end labor planning operating model, develop the work breakdown architecture, create Bills of Materials, deploy workforce management tools, and institutionalize a closed ‑ loop feedback system that allows standards to continuously improve. Success in the role requires strong credibility in craft ‑ heavy environments, deep experience with modularization and planning logic, and the ability to drive adoption across union and non ‑ union labor forces Key Responsibilities: Labor Systems Architecture & Standardization Production Planning & Critical Path Logic Digital Labor Management & Tool Deployment - Design a modular work breakdown system that converts complex, custom work into repeatable physical and labor modules - Develop Bills of Materials that scale from module to booth to zone to full show, flexing by complexity, size, finish, client tier, and venue constraints - Define where variability is acceptable versus where standardization must be enforced to improve predictability and control cost - Establish version control and governance mechanisms that protect labor standards from erosion - Architect multitrade sequencing rules, gated handoffs, an...
