Role Description The U.S. Region Occupational Health Lead provides and coordinates occupational health leadership services for Zoetis. This includes establishing governance related to occupational health requirements and initiatives to drive consistency and alignment across all Zoetis sites and functions. The U.S. Region Occupational Health Lead oversees all occupational health colleagues and clinics in the U.S. across a network of manufacturing, HQ and Research & Development sites in the U.S., in addition to colleagues who work remotely. The U.S. Region Occupational Health Lead manages the oversight of the U.S. occupational health programs, prevention strategies, manages work-related injuries and illnesses, preventative care and Injury prevention programs. This role collaborates with Human Resources, Global Operations, Risk Management, Environmental, Health and Safety and other key business partners to drive a collaborative culture, maintain compliance and reduce risk.
