Job Description To produce excellent ultrasound images of designated anatomical areas as directed, according to established practices and procedures within the maternal fetal medicine specialty. What must you have?: - Diploma from an accredited ultrasound program. - Registration in Good Standing with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario (CMRTO), required. - Active membership with the Canadian Association of Registered Diagnostic Ultrasound Professionals (CARDUP). - Certification with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) in OB/GYN. - Certification in Nuchal translucency (NT). What else do you bring?: - Progressive experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Doppler examinations as it applies to Fetal Maternal pathology and to Gynecology. - Absolity to assist with invasive procedures such as amniocentesis. - Knowledge of septic and aseptic techniques. - Good knowledge of diagnostic equipment both mobile and static. - Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently. - Demonstrates excellence in communication, both written and oral. - Proven attendance record. - Demonstrates understanding and complies with patient and...
