Employment Type: Full time Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift Description: $20K Sign on Bonus for this Full Time position $6 Night Shift Differential Day 1 Benefits: Job Description: This position will be in our Free Standing Emergency Room located in Deerfield Beach 340 S Federal Highway, Deerfield Beach, FL, 33441 A Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) helps patients with breathing problems, from premature babies to the elderly, by diagnosing, treating, and managing lung conditions like asthma, COPD, or cystic fibrosis , using diagnostic tests , oxygen therapy , mechanical ventilation , and airway clearance techniques , working with doctors to create treatment plans and educate patients on managing their respiratory health. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Performs Emergency room therapies and oxygen administration following proper policy and procedure. Performs or assists with endotracheal intubation as indicated in a safe manner Performs endotracheal extubation as indicated in a safe manner.
