WHY WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOU: Retool is growing rapidly and entering a new stage of maturity. To support this growth and help Retool scale to the next level, we’re looking for an experienced Business Operations Lead who can partner across our Executive team to help us build the systems and processes to continue to grow and operate at scale. As a member of our lean, high-leverage Business Operations (BizOps) team, you’ll help us make pivotal business decisions from how we allocate resources to how we price our products, to what opportunities we should pursue next. We’re a fast-paced, innovative company with new challenges to tackle every week. You’ll be wearing many different hats as you take on whatever is needed to help the business succeed.
