The Manager of Plant Operations is responsible for the planning, organization, development, and direction for the overall facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and guidelines. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Associate Degree, or equivalent, in an engineering related field as well as five years of experience in related field and/or three years supervision/lead experience. - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in facilities operations, utility and equipment maintenance, and construction - 3 years supervisory/lead experience required.
