About a role: The Team Lead – HR Training & Development is accountable for the end-to-end delivery, quality, and compliance of Training & Development services delivered from BCOE. The role combines people leadership with hands-on operational responsibility to ensure timely execution of training administration, accurate learning records and certificates, robust reporting, and strong stakeholder satisfaction. The Team Lead acts as the primary operational escalation point, ensures team performance against SLAs/KPIs, and drives standardization and automation of learning operations. In this role you'll: - Lead, coach, and develop a team of Training Administrators, L&D Operations Specialists, and Reporting/Analytics profiles. - Oversee end-to-end Training & Development delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance. - Manage capacity planning, workload distribution, and peaks (mandatory training windows, onboarding waves, reporting cycles). - Ensure accurate training administration: course/session creation, scheduling, participant registration, attendance processing, and session closure. - Coordinate training sessions (virtual and onsite), facilitators, logistics, calendars, and...
