Essential Job Functions: - Supervises the work of a team of client service specialists - Directs workflow and monitors workload to ensure client inquiries are addressed promptly - Trains new client service staff in support policies and procedures - Creates and distributes documented resolutions for common client service issues - Provides direct support to assigned accounts and escalated issues - Other duties as assigned Other Skills & Abilities: - Client Service skills - Quality Focus - Problem Solving - Freight Forwarding Knowledge - Documentation skills - Listening - Resolving Conflict - Ability to Multi-task Physical Requirements: - Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
