Qualifications: - Maintain a professional and pleasant attitude and appearance with co-workers and guests - Ensure thorough working knowledge of all Cage areas and compliance with all Title 31 regulations - Perform all cashier functions as necessary - Enforce and strictly adhere to all gaming regulations - Train and develop the cage staff using programs which will effectively meet employee development guidelines - Ensure a thorough knowledge of departmental paperwork flow as it pertains to credits and debits - Verify various types of pay-outs including drawing and tournament winners - Generate end of shift reports for Title 31 purposes. - Turn in reports and paperwork to the Accounting department in a timely manner. - Perform disciplinary counseling as needed - Maintain attendance records of hourly employees - Generate and submit a weekly cashier schedule to cage manager ensuring complete departmental coverage at all times - Approve vacations and requested time off for cashiers - Assist management with needs for high profile players - Attend mandatory meetings /classes given by the property and attend all mandatory cage meetings - Maintain a working knowledge of all cage equipment...
