Reporting directly to the CEO and serving on the Extended Executive Committee, you will hold full accountability for Maintenance (Part-145), CAMO, Supply Chain, Logistics, Fleet Management, and Part-147 training. You will ensure safe, compliant, efficient, and customer-focused technical operations while driving performance, cost control, and fleet availability. This is a high-impact executive role combining operational leadership with strong business acumen and full P&L responsibility. You will lead technical transformation initiatives including fleet optimization, digitalization, predictive maintenance, and sustainability programs, positioning the organization for future growth. ⚠️ This function can be performed from any of the NHV bases.
