As a Production Engineer, you’ll help reshape how our projects are planned, built, and delivered by challenging traditional construction approaches and driving reliable, uninterrupted workflow. You’ll work closely with the project team to integrate the Boldt Production System (BPS) with our Safety and Quality Management Systems, enabling teams to plan smarter, work safer, and execute with confidence. In this role, you’ll support production planning, workspace and workflow design, supply chain coordination, and day‑to‑day production control. You’ll analyze progress, help identify and remove constraints, support issue resolution, and keep work moving smoothly from fabrication through installation and construction.
