About the role: As Category Manager for Finland, you will turn data into insights that guide strategic and commercial decisions for Findus and our retail customers. You will analyze market, consumer and sales data, identify growth opportunities and translate your findings into clear recommendations. You will work closely with Key Account Managers, Finance, Marketing and Nordic Category teams as well as support collaboration directly with major Finnish retailers. Your work will span assortment planning, pricing and promotion strategy and recommendations as well as new product launches, and you will play a leading part in localizing our category vision for Finland.
