Job Title: Finishing Process Operator: Department: Finishing Direct Report: Zone Coordinator: Location: B&G Foods - Cincinnati: The individual will be responsible for the operation of the process system at Crisco manufacturing plant. This system consists of several independent sub-systems that run in conjunction with one another to provide oil to packing lines for finished product. Essential Duties: operators including all the critical parameters o Risk Predictions, PPE requirements, Chemical awareness, Valves, Tanks, Mixing, Vacuum Pumps, 150# steam, Filters /Cartridges o Lab related duties including Hunter Color, Beta Carotene, Brine PH and specific gravity, and fume hoods o Mechanically related understanding of Confined Space, Gearbox replacement, troubleshooting techniques, rebuilding agitator and seals and/ or agitation packing and reinstalling o Understanding the differences between Centrifugal Pumps and Positive Displacement Pumps o Routine Maintenance skills - Strong interpersonal skills with ability to consistently communicate with all - Responsible for Updating Downtime Tracking Sheets - Ability to trace lines for Ni...
