Learning Support Practitioner Application Deadline: 28 May 2026: Department: Student Welfare: Employment Type: Permanent - Part Time Location: Maidstone Campus: Reporting To: Mary Haney: Compensation: £28,625 - £33,063 / year Description: Manage a designated group of Learning Support Assistants, planning and timetabling class and one to one support for students in line with EHCP and support requirements in order to support students identified with having additional needs, working cohesively with other support partners to ensure EHCP and support arrangements are met. Working effectively and confidently one to one or with small groups of young people to promote their social development through activities, clubs and events in social areas, promoting opportunities for social interaction and the development of good communication and encouraging participation in small group activities.
