Business Systems Analyst Company: Boeing Vancouver Boeing Vancouver is seeking a Business Systems Analyst , reporting to Defense & Government Services Manager working out of Richmond, BC office. The successful candidate will play a central role in translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for software products (applications & analytics) within the Defense & Government services portfolio. This involves bridging the gap between stakeholders (business, operations, customers) and the development team to ensure the software products deliver the right value and are aligned with portfolio objectives. Position Responsibilities: Performs research and analysis on processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements and business relationships for application or system designs. Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholder groups to understand and document common pain points and identify capability gaps.
