About the Role We are looking for a well-connected local parent or community leader to serve as a Community Brand Ambassador for our youth sports programs in Waterleigh. This is a contract, commission-based position ideal for someone who is highly active in local parent groups, neighborhood circles, PTAs, HOA communities, and social media groups — and loves connecting families with great opportunities for their kids. You’ll help spread the word about our soccer and multi-sport programs and earn commission for every registration that comes through your efforts! This is a super flexible role and you'll pick your own hours! Responsibilities: - Promote programs within Waterleigh, Hamlin, and surrounding 34787 communities - Share registration links in local parent Facebook groups and neighborhood platforms - Network within PTAs, HOAs, and community events - Help build brand awareness and drive enrollments - Track and report referrals through a provided system Compensation: - $20 commission for every registration - Bonus opportunities for hitting enrollment milestones - Flexible schedule – work on your own time Requirements: If you’re the “go-to” parent in your community and love support...
