Franciscan Health Munster Campus 701 Superior Ave Munster, Indiana 46321 The Maintenance Technician provides general construction and maintenance services for hospital facilities under the direction of engineering senior management. This position assesses, prioritizes, troubleshoots, and repairs facility components requiring design, life-cycle planning, repair, replacement, or new installation. This position performs duties in compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, building standards, and hospital policies. The Maintenance Technician works with the facility general maintenance team in the operation, maintenance, repair, and installation of general building components, equipment, and apparatus to provide a comfortable and safe hospital environment.
