As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for an Infrastructure engineer to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect. Responsibilities: - Perform general technical troubleshooting and give consultation to development teams. Support incident discussion and resolution. - Maintain detailed and accurate documentation on configurations, changes and standard operating procedures. - Coordinate with vendors and service providers for software and hardware support. - Monitor server health and system performance to ensure uptime and reliability for critical building systems. - Perform routine server maintenance, including patching, updates and backups, with a focus on minimizing disruptions to critical operations. - Administer Windows server and related server applications. - Participate in incident response and emergency procedures related to studio building management systems. - Coordinate and maintain local studio IT infrastructure and collaborat...
