Job Description The Process Dev Engineering Scientific Associate will support stem cell therapy process development and characterization, including stem cell culture expansion and differentiation process. This role will contribute to the exploration and establishment of novel technologies to support cell therapy process optimization and scale-up. In addition, this role will also support critical cell banking process development work. Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Support bioreactor and ATF systems set and operation to perform serial perfusion studies aimed at improving yield and quality to support the scale-up CPI process. - Assist in evaluation of different media, cell dissociation reagents, and auto-cryovial filling systems to further optimize the cell banking process. - Provide help with generation of banks of new cell lines using a verified banking process and differentiate cells in a 2L STR to compare CPI performance and further characterize/verify new banks. - Perform routine cell culture maintenance to support both cell banking and 3D cell expansion studies. - Prepare related media and buffers in a sterile aseptic environment. - Generate samples for analytical assays an...
