Job Description Stepan is seeking a Senior Regulatory Scientist to join our Global Regulatory team in Northbrook, IL. In this role, you will report to the Senior Registration Manager. You will join a dynamic regulatory team responsible for managing regulatory matters related to Stepan’s EPA FIFRA-regulated biocide portfolio of antimicrobial pesticides. This position has responsibility for participating in the registration efforts at the federal, state, and international level for new and updated product registrations. The Sr. Regulatory Scientist will develop submission strategy, negotiate and resolve regulatory issues raised by the EPA and state regulatory agencies, and work with the business and legal on compliance matters. The position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a high degree of professionalism.
