POSITION PURPOSE: This position will assist the QA/QC manager with training, quality assurance and quality control processes for the Illinois Vehicle Inspection Program. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Works with the Training Coordinator · Training of Station personnel (Centralized and I&R) in a classroom or hands on training session. · Assist centralized management in training or retraining of Opus Employees. · Be on call for phone calls from central or decentralized stations with questions. · Available for any covert audits that are needed. · Perform other tasks as required/assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the program.
