Description Role Summary: As a Business Development Manager at Rand Technology, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities that align with Rand’s corporate strategy. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's customer base and market share, forging new customer partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This role can be based anywhere in the East Cost of US, but preferred locations include Boston, Chicago, or Michigan Essential Functions: - Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, identify target markets, and assess competitive landscapes. - Strategic Selling: Develop and execute strategic action plans to target and win the right opportunities. - Customer Networking: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions. - Internal Partnership: Ensure superb handoff of accounts to account managers through planning, sharing, and executing together.
