GFL Environmental in Sudbury is seeking an Operations Administrator to streamline our daily service activities and optimize organizational efficiency. In this role, you will monitor workflows, support personnel, and ensure all customer requirements are met with precision. Key Responsibilities: - Professionally greet and communicate with all visiting clients. - Receive courier shipments and incoming goods and prepare outgoing shipments. - Prepare purchase orders and assist with ordering supplies. - Maintain and update training matrix to reflect role-based, regulatory, and company required training. - Monitor upcoming, expired, and overdue training certifications and notify leaders accordingly. - Support onboarding new hires. - Enter part order, update, and review accurate fleet maintenance data in the maintenance management system. - Track unit service intervals and maintenance compliance. - Support fleet by ensuring all maintenance records and required documentation are complete and current. - Work closely with Fleet Maintenance and Operations to reconcile data discrepancies and ensure system accuracy. - General office duties as assigned.
