OPEN TO THE PUBLIC: FULL TIME: SHIFT: 1ST: SCHEDULE: M-F, 7A-3P: WAGE: $14.80: POSTED DATES: 04/02/2026- OUF: Eligible Employer for Public Student Loan Forgiveness as a U.S. federal, state, local or tribal government Under the supervision of the Grounds Supervisor, perform all necessary job duties and responsibilities to maintain 150-acre+ grounds of upscale world class resort property. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Operate all grounds maintenance equipment including power mowers, tractors, edgers, hedge trimmers, snow blowers, skid-steer, trucks, gators, backhoe and all other grounds equipment. - Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs of all above equipment including filter replacement, oil changes, spark plugs, welding and belt replacement. - Apply proper chemicals for fertilization, weed and pest eradicating to lawns, flowers, shrubs and trees. - Maintain and perform repairs and expansions on Toro irrigation system including line repairs, head replacement and weekly testing of spray patterns. - Perform the policing of the grounds on trash removal of all outside trash receptacles, parking areas and entrances twice per shift. - Complete biohazard cleanup for...
