Network Engineer

Job description

Responsibilities include: - Design, implement, and support scalable enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, wireless, SD‑WAN, and cloud environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security. - Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot network security technologies , including firewalls, network segmentation, NAC, VPNs, and traffic prioritization to protect business‑critical systems. - Operate and maintain multi‑vendor network environments (switching, routing, wireless, and firewalls), ensuring consistent standards, configurations, and documentation across all sites. - Support large‑scale network projects and rollouts , including site upgrades, new facility deployments, hardware refreshes, and technology initiatives with minimal disruption to operations. - Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues , leveraging monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to identify risks before they impact users or production systems. - Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and application teams to align network design with business requirements, security policies, and application performance needs. - Maintain accurate network documentation and runbooks , including diagram...
